As an Adult Autism Associate at Balance Autism, you will provide care for adults diagnosed with autism who live in a group home setting. You will help these individuals by teaching important social, self-care and (in some cases) work skills, while helping them live dignified and comfortable lives.

Note: This position has three eight-hour shifts. The adults we serve are primarily located in the Des Moines area.
